4. VERIFICATION & CLAIMS

We verify SaaS listings to the best of our ability but make no guarantees about accuracy. Users claiming ownership must provide valid proof. We reserve the right to reject any claim.

5. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Premium features and boosts are paid services. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
